In order to ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone, all steps listed below must be completed before a deposit will be accepted.🐾✨

What qualities are you looking for in a puppy (temperament, size, color, etc.)?

Have you Raised a puppy before? If yes how long ago was it? What was the experience like for you?

Raising a puppy is a joyful and rewarding experience, but it can also come with challenges like potty training, chewing, nipping, and the need for proper socialization. Are you prepared to face these challenges, and are you willing and able to invest the time, effort, and resources into training and guiding your puppy if needed? What will your plan be if you need support along the way?

Doodles require regular care to keep their fur healthy and mat-free, including brushing, grooming (professional or at home every 4-6 weeks), ear and nail care. What is your plan for meeting these ongoing grooming needs?

Do you plan to keep your puppy as a companion only, or are you considering other roles such as breeding in the future?

Do you have any other pets in your home? If yes, please tell me the breed, size, age and if your other pets are spayed or neutered.

Do you live in a house, apartment, or other? Is your yard fenced?

How many people live in your home, and what are their ages?

What is your typical daily schedule like? Will someone be home during the day?

Where will the puppy sleep at night and stay during the day when you are gone from home?

Step #2 – Video Call

After we have chatted through text messaging, if you are interested in moving forward with the reservation process a short video call is required for the safety and peace of mind of both parties. I’ll show you where the puppies are raised, let you see them in action, answer any questions you still have, and walk you through how we raise our pups here at Hilltop Cuddle Pups. 🐾💬

Step #3 – Contract

Before a deposit can be made, you’ll need to review and sign our purchase contract. This agreement helps protect both you and us and ensures clear expectations moving forward. 📝🤝

Step #4 – Deposit

Once Steps 1–3 are complete. I will send you the link to our payment page where you can submit your deposit by adding it to your cart and checking out. This officially secures your pick order or chosen puppy. Puppies and pick spots are reserved in the order deposits are received. 🐶🔒

Puppies and pick order are reserved in the order deposits are received, but a spot cannot be held until all steps are completed. If you're hoping for a specific puppy or pick placement, don't delay—spots can fill quickly and we’d hate for you to miss out! 🐶💕

Step #5 – Final Payment

The remaining balance is due when your puppy turns 8 weeks old, even if your scheduled pickup date is later. 💰📅

If you need your puppy to stay with us past 8 weeks, a boarding fee of $15 per day will apply. This covers food, daily care, and continued training. Any extended stay must be arranged in advance, and the full boarding fee must be paid along with your final balance by the time your puppy reaches 8 weeks.

Pick order explained

In our program, we don’t reserve individual puppies while they’re still very young. Instead, we accept deposits to secure a spot in the picking order.

This means your deposit holds your place in line to choose your puppy. Puppies are picked in the order deposits are received, so the earlier your deposit, the closer to the front of the line you’ll get to choose.

Between 5 and 6 weeks old, families with deposits pick their puppies. Waiting until this age allows us to ensure they’re all growing well and gives us time to see their developing personalities. This helps us guide families toward the best match.
